How your Membership Works:
Our weekly meal plans are uploaded to our website every Saturday morning, giving you time to plan and prep for the week ahead.
Each week you’ll receive a new, seasonal meal plan including breakfast, lunch, dinner meals, optional snacks, and recipes for every meal.
You’ll receive a complete grocery list each week, with everyday, accessible ingredients.
Meal preparation - in your plan you’ll see a column with meals that need a little prep for the week ahead.
Swapping ingredients - we encourage flexibility, so you can easily change the vegetables or protein in a recipe to suit you and your families taste.
